Commercial Cleaner

Full-Time / Part-Time | $16.50-$17.50/hour

We're seeking reliable, detail-oriented cleaners to join our team. You'll work in office buildings, medical facilities, schools, and churches across Portland metro area. Flexible scheduling available including evening and weekend shifts.

What You'll Do:

  • Clean and sanitize offices, restrooms, and common areas
  • Vacuum, mop, and maintain floors
  • Empty trash and restock supplies
  • Follow cleaning checklists and quality standards
  • Communicate with supervisors about facility needs

Requirements:

  • Reliable transportation (must travel between job sites)
  • Able to pass background check
  • Physical ability to lift 30 lbs and stand for extended periods
  • Attention to detail and pride in quality work
  • Good communication skills
  • Previous cleaning experience helpful but not required

Full-Time | $18-$19/hour

Manage client relationships and business development for TBM Cleanings. Account managers oversee multiple commercial accounts, conduct site assessments, prepare quotes, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage portfolio of commercial cleaning accounts
  • Conduct site assessments and prepare customized quotes
  • Serve as primary contact for client communications
  • Coordinate with operations to ensure service quality
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling
  • Develop new business through networking and referrals

Requirements:

  • 3+ years account management or sales experience
  • Commercial cleaning industry experience strongly preferred
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
